Early Finishers are the students who complete all the learning station assignments and “need something to do!” Planning activities for early finishers can keep everyone productive and engaged. Display a list of activities for students to choose from.
The following are a few suggestions:
- Self Selected Reading of an ongoing novel or any other book choice
- Reflection journals in which students reflect on what they learned, what was easy/hard for them, as well as any additional help that is needed
- Complete other assignments
- Ongoing projects
- Writing Journals
