Mr. Troy Strayer has been an educator in the Red Lion Area School District for 20+ years and has provided professional development throughout the country for the past 15 years. He has co-authored two books through Scholastic and presented at the ASCD National conference, AMLE National conference and the SDE National conference. Troy consistently works with K-12 educators across the country to meet their needs when implementing the Learning-Focused framework to maximize student learning.

Troy’s passion for his students and profession is evidenced by his desire to continually grow and hone his craft. He is a Google Certified Educator who consistently utilizes The Learning-Focused Instructional Framework in his Blended Learning Classroom. He has been identified as Teacher of the year and recognized for his accomplishments at the local and state level.
